Standard economy shipping, 2 - 7 business days by USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL (within contiguous US States): Free for orders $150 and over, $8 for orders under $150
3-day shipping, 2-day shipping, overnight shipping and international shipping will be calculated for your order at the time of check out.
Shipping to non-contiguous US States will be calculated for your order at the time of check out.
International shipments are shipped by DHL Worldwide. Shipping rates and times are calculated at check out.
International shipping charges, import duties and taxes will be charged to the customer. Such charges are based on several factors, including total price, the weight of the package, and its destination. Import duties and taxes will be billed directly to the customer.
Import duties and taxes are determined once a shipment reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as they vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Catriona MacKechnie, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Catriona MacKechnie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Catriona MacKechnie. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
We are required to make a customs declaration, which includes product information such as description and value. This information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Domestic returns (contiguous US): Please email us at email@example.com to start your return and receive a prepaid return shipping label by email within 24 hours. If used, $9 will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, please use a shipping method of your choice.
International & non-contiguous US: Please use your preferred shipping method.

Returns will be processed within (5) business days of receipt. Please allow up to (10) business days for a refund to appear on your credit card.
For a size exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you. Complimentary return shipping for an item that is being returned for an exchange.
Merchandise purchased at full price or on sale at a 59% discount or less can be returned for a refund for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached.
Merchandise purchased on sale at a 60% discount or greater can be returned for a refund for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached however will be charged a $9 handling and restocking fee per item.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Final sale policy overrides any other return policy regardless of discount.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. Returns received after that time will be accepted at Catriona MacKechnie’s discretion. Late returns that are not accepted will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Gift purchases made within 14 days prior to Christmas or Valentine's Day can be accepted for a refund or store credit if mailed within 7 days of said holiday.
All special orders, accessories, detergents, custom items, hosiery and candles are final sale.
We can only accept merchandise in its unworn, original salable condition with all the tags in place. Underwear and swimwear must be tried on over a customer’s own. Catriona MacKechnie is not responsible for returning unacceptable returns to the customer. Items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
All original packaging must be returned with merchandise.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Shipments that are returned using customer's own shipping method are the customer's responsibility. Catriona MacKechnie is not responsible for lost shipments therefore we suggest selecting a method of shipment that requires a signature upon delivery and provides insurance.
