We offer free economy shipping (withing the contiguous US) on orders over $150, and $8 flat rate shipping for orders less than $150.  US orders are usually delivered in 2-3 days, but can take up to 9 days.

Next day and 2 day shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Internationaly and to non contiguous US States is calculated at check out.

We do our best to ship orders received by 3pm the same day.

We ship from South Florida via USPS, UPS and FedEx.  Please find more shipping information.

Yes we are happy to ship worldwide!  We ship internationally via DHL, rates will display at checkout.

Shipping does not include possible import duties and taxes.  Please read about international shipping here.

We hope you love your items but if for any reason you need to return your purchase we can accept returns that are shipped back to us within 25 from your the date the order was placed.  Refunds are made to the original form of payment.

US orders:
Please used prepaid shipping label. A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

International & non-contiguous US:
Please start your return at https://catriona.loopreturns.com/ and use your preferred shipping method to ship your return. Shipments that are returned using customer's own shipping method are the customer's responsibility and Catriona is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments therefore we suggest selecting a method of shipment that requires a signature upon delivery and provides insurance. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Catriona, however you may contact your local customs bureau directly in an effort to recover these fees.

Please note:

  • Merchandise purchased at full price or on sale at a 59% discount or less can be returned for a refund
  • Merchandise purchased on sale at a 60% discount or greater can be returned for a refund however will be charged a $10 handling and restocking fee per item.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Final sale policy overrides any other return policy regardless of discount.
  • We can only accept merchandise in its unworn, original salable condition with all the tags in place. Underwear and swimwear must be tried on over a customer’s own.  Catriona is not responsible for returning unacceptable returns to the customer. Items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Hosiery, garters and social orders are final sale
  • All original packaging must be returned with merchandise.
  • Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • Returns will be processed within (5) business days of receipt.  Please allow up to (10) business days for a refund to appear on your credit card.
  • Size exchanges can be made as available. Exchanges can not be made for different items.

Lingerie:

  • Please follow the garment care instructions.  
  • We recomend to hand wash bras and underwear in cool water with a mild detergent or gentle shampoo.
  • Air dry.  Do not machine dry.
  • If you choose to machine wash use the delicate cycle with cold temperature.  Fasten the hook and eyes on bras and use a lingerie bag to protect your items.  Air dry.

Swimwear:

  • Please follow the garment care instructions.  
  • We recomend to hand wash swimwear in cool water with a mild detergent or gentle shampoo.
  • Lay flat flat to dry in the shade.  Do not machine dry.
  • Lotion, sunscreen, chemicals and rough surfaces can cause damage to fabric.  Wear with care.
