Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If however you would like to return your purchase, please carefully follow the directions as noted below:

  1. Please read all return criteria below to ensure your item can be returned.
  2. Email customercare@catriona.com with the items you would like to return to request a RMA number. You will receive and email with you RMA number within 1 business day.
  3. Please write the RMA number on the return forms and include with return shipment.
  4. Please carefully pack you return in the original packing and return to:

  5. Returns will be processed within 5 business days or receipt. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card.

Merchandise purchased at full price can be returned for a refund for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached.

Merchandise purchased on sale at a 59% discount or less can be returned for a refund for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached.

Merchandise purchased on sale at a 60% discount or greater can be returned for a refund for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached however will be charged a $6 handling and restocking fee per item.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Final sale policy over rides any other return policy regardless of discount.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. Returns received after that time will be accepted at Catriona MacKechnie’s discretion and for store credit only. Late returns that are not accepted will be returned to customer at customer’s expense.

Gift purchases made within 14 days prior to Christmas or Valentines Day can be accepted for refund or exchange if mailed within 7 days of said holiday.

All special orders, accessories, detergents, custom items, hosiery and candles are final sale.

We can only accept merchandise in its unworn, original salable condition with all the tags in place. Underwear and swimwear must be tried on over a customer’s own.  Catriona MacKechnie is not responsible for returning unacceptable returns to the customer.

All original packaging must be returned with merchandise.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Return shipments are our customers’ responsibility. Catriona MacKechnie is not responsible for lost shipments so we suggest that you select a method of shipment that requires a signature upon delivery and provides insurance.

      Catriona MacKechnie can not accept exchanges at this time.
