International shipments are shipped by DHL Worldwide.Β Shipping rates and times are calculated at check-out.
International shipping charges, import duties and taxes will be charged to the customer. Such charges are based on several factors, including total price, the weight of the package, and its destination. Import duties and taxes will be billed directly to the customer.
Import duties and taxes are determined once a shipment reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as they vary widely from country to country. Additionally, when ordering from Catriona MacKechnie, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.Β
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Catriona MacKechnie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Catriona MacKechnie. We hope you love your items but if for any reason you need to return your purchase we can accept returns that are shipped back to us within 25 days of the date the order was placed.Β Refunds are made to the original form of payment.
Gift purchases made for Christmas or Valentines Day may be returned if shipped back within 2 weeks of the holiday.

Shipments that are returned usingΒ customer's own shipping method are the customer's responsibility and Catriona is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments thereforeΒ we suggest selectingΒ a method of shipment that requires a signature upon delivery and provides insurance. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Catriona, however you may contact your local customs bureau directly in an effort to recover these fees.

- Merchandise purchased on sale at a 60% discount or greater can be returned for a refund however will be charged a $10 handling and restocking fee per item.

- We can only accept merchandise in its unworn, original salable condition with all the tags in place.
