The Fleur of England Signature balcony bra is the brand's best selling and much loved style.  The lace balcony bra has been carefully designed tor an exquisite fit, with underwired cups in soft French lace with silk back and straps. 

The lace cups are tailored to provide support and lift, and are partially lined in fine tulle, and the wings of the bra are made in soft silk satin and lined with power mesh for a comfortable fit.

Corresponding brief, thong and suspender belt available. 

The Signature collection includes a babydoll chemise and short robe.

Orders received by 3pm Monday – Friday will ship the same day (pending availability and credit card verification).  Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.  Orders ship from South Florida.

US Shipping

Orders $150 and over: We offer free economy shipping

Orders below $150: We offer $8 flat rate shipping 

Expedited and alternative shipping options are available at check out through UPS, FedEx and USPS.   

Shipping to non-contiguous US States will be calculated for your order at the time of check out.  

International shipping

International shipments are shipped by DHL Worldwide.  Shipping rates and times are calculated at check-out.

International shipping charges, import duties and taxes will be charged to the customer. Such charges are based on several factors, including total price, the weight of the package, and its destination. Import duties and taxes will be billed directly to the customer.

Import duties and taxes are determined once a shipment reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as they vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Catriona MacKechnie, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. 

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Catriona MacKechnie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Catriona MacKechnie. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If you have any shipping and handling questions or comments please email them to customercare@catriona.com.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We are required to make a customs declaration, which includes product information such as description and value.  This information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.   Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

 

We hope you love your items but if for any reason you need to return your purchase we can accept returns that are shipped back to us within 25 from your the date the order was placed.  Refunds are made to the original form of payment.

International & non-contiguous US:
Please start your return at https://catriona.loopreturns.com/ and use your preferred shipping method to ship your return. Shipments that are returned using customer's own shipping method are the customer's responsibility and Catriona is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments therefore we suggest selecting a method of shipment that requires a signature upon delivery and provides insurance. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Catriona, however you may contact your local customs bureau directly in an effort to recover these fees.

  • Merchandise purchased at full price or on sale at a 59% discount or less can be returned for a refund
  • Merchandise purchased on sale at a 60% discount or greater can be returned for a refund however will be charged a $10 handling and restocking fee per item.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Final sale policy overrides any other return policy regardless of discount.
  • We can only accept merchandise in its unworn, original salable condition with all the tags in place. Underwear and swimwear must be tried on over a customer’s own.  Catriona is not responsible for returning unacceptable returns to the customer. Items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Hosiery, garters, suspenders, bags, jewelry and accessories are final sale
  • All original packaging must be returned with merchandise.
  • Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • Returns will be processed within (5) business days of receipt.  Please allow up to (10) business days for a refund to appear on your credit card.
  • Size exchanges can be made as available. Exchanges can not be made for different items.
